| Production Process

Mixing.
|
| Fresh, large, high quality anchovies are mixed thoroughly with the refined sea salt in a precise proportion by the advanced machine. |

| Fermentation. |
he mixture undergoes natural fermentation in closed tanks for 18 months, with the exposure to the sunlight. The aromatic, crystal-clear, reddish brown fish sauce is then acquired. Special attention is provided to assure that GMP and HACCP regulations are strictly followed. |

| Filtration. |
The fish sauce goes through the complex filtration system so that it yields transparent and
purified condition without contamination. |

| Packaging. |
Megachef Premium Fish sauce is automatically bottled into sterilized bottles under the strict quality control. Then, in order to preserve the freshness and purity, the bottles are packed in safety containers and distributed to a market by our efficient distribution system |
